Morning Satsang | 06.00 – 07.30

Elevate the heart and mind with our morning Satsang, coming live from our Dhanwantari Ashram in Kerala.  Satsang brings us together in bhakti, raja and jnana yoga. Calm and soothe the mind with meditation, open the heart with the chanting of bhajans and last but not least get inspired by the teachings of the Gurus, readying yourself for the day ahead.

Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) | 09.00 – 10.00

Designed by the Department of AYUSH, Government of India, the Common Yoga Protocol is a series of exercises, asanas, pranayama and meditation that encompasses standing, sitting, twisting, and backward bending postures designed for everyday practice. Join us for this one hour class led by a senior Sivananda teacher.

Talk “Health is Wealth, Peace of Mind is Happiness, Yoga Shows the Way” | 14.00 – 15.00

Yoga is a complete science of self-discipline. Yoga balances, harmonises, purifies and strengthens the mind, body and soul. It shows the way to perfect health, perfect mind control and perfect peace with one’s self, the world, nature and God. Learn about the five basic principles of yoga that can be easily incorporated into one’s own daily life. An introduction to a simple, natural programme that brings health, happiness and peace. Discover how to make obstacles stepping stones to success, and gain a new angle of vision of wellness and positivity.

Sivananda Basic Open Class | 16.00 – 17.30

Yoga asanas not only boost your physical vitality and balance the body’s systems, they are also very calming to the mind. They develop self-awareness, self-acceptance & personal well-being. In this class, you will be guided not only to stretch and tone the physical body but also to stretch and strengthen the mental faculties through focussing on the breath. Dive deep inward while holding the postures and learn how to purify and heal the body, as well as to control the mind.

Evening Satsang | 20.00 – 21.30

End your evening with the soothing practice of Satsang coming live from our Ashram in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. Half an hour of silent meditation, repetition of Sanskrit mantra and kirtan and a short discourse clear and quieten the mind, leading to a peaceful and restorative night’s sleep.
